A Chinese single-socket EPYC (SP3) board. Every slot comes from the CPU, which is what P2P wants. Some notes call it a Supermicro board; it is Huananzhi's.
What people report
- Miséricorde: P2P works on it; it suits 4 cards, or 4 PLX host cards for 8 or more; it comes with or without an ASPEED BMC; it has become more expensive because it is a good GPU board. He suggests splitting every x16 slot to two cards rather than mixing direct slots and one PLX board. Source: @wakeupmbrc1, 2026-10-16

Source: @wakeupmbrc1, 2026-10-16 - PJ owns one (unopened at the time) and planned 3 cards in slots plus a PLX board with 5 more. Source: @zingy90210, 2026-10-16
Source: @zingy90210, 2026-10-16 - OB88594 runs one: the affordable DDR4 + PCIe 4.0 EPYC option with reachable after-sales and occasional BIOS updates, but he has filed many support requests, mostly for immature BMC faults. Source: @ob88594, 2026-10-08
Memory
fafinet gets about 120 corrected ECC errors per minute with 8x DDR4-2133 4DRx4 32 GB LRDIMMs on his H12D-8D even though the sticks pass memtest, and runs with mce=off (which also hides uncorrectable errors); 8x DDR4-3200 2Rx4 64 GB RDIMMs (512 GB) work fine on the same board. PJ notes LRDIMM compatibility issues on Huananzhi EPYC boards; endsjeremy has heard RDIMMs work where LRDIMMs do not. Source: @zingy90210, 2026-10-25

Idle power
Contested Not measured by a member.
- legitsplit linked a video showing about 50 W idle on a Huananzhi H12-8D. Source: @legitsplit, 2026-10-26
- alanoo: RAM and its controllers alone idle near 50 W (about 80 W for 8 channels on EPYC), so a 50 W system idle is not possible. Source: @alanoo, 2026-10-26
